Okay, let’s talk about the magic that happened at Hideaway Cellars SODO Seattle — because Kacie and Kevin’s wedding was nothing short of legendary!

These two sweethearts planned the most intentional, heart-filled, and fun day ever in the heart of Seattle’s industrial-chic SODO district. I’m talking dinosaur love, fantasy novels, custom cocktails featuring their fur babies, and a piano version of the Jurassic Park theme song. Yes. Really.

Let’s rewind to the proposal because it was as thoughtful and romantic as the wedding itself. Kevin and Kacie picked out the perfect stone together, and then Kevin had a custom ring made — including additional diamonds that belonged to Kacie’s grandmother. On Christmas morning 2023, he tucked that beauty right into Kacie’s stocking. Adorable!

Fast forward to their big day — every detail was perfectly thought out. Kacie, who is clearly a pro teacher/planner extraordinaire, organized all the family photo groupings ahead of time and even prepped the fam to be ready when their name was called. Can I get a round of applause for the MVP of wedding logistics?!

The venue itself was a total dream for a photographer. Hideaway Cellars has this raw, industrial vibe that gave us so much to play with. Light, shadows, brick, metal — all the textures! Every angle had something cool to offer, and Kacie + Kevin absolutely glowed in every shot.

But let’s talk about the details. Stirring sticks at the bar with their dog and cat’s little faces? YES PLEASE. Centerpieces made from their favorite fantasy novels, surrounded by candles and florals? Obsessed. And the aisle music — that dreamy Jurassic Park piano theme — was such a personal and hilarious touch that had everyone smiling. Kevin is deeply in love with dinosaurs, and it showed in the best way.

Their wedding was filled with laughter, sentimental moments, joyful chaos, and a whole lot of love. From their custom ring to their curated fantasy-themed tables, this wedding screamed them!
