Mitch + Megan’s elopement at Artist Point was pure magic—sunny skies, mountain views, and so much love. They tied the knot at high noon on a beautiful Tuesday afternoon, surrounded by about 20 of their closest family and friends. Everyone stayed together in a big Airbnb at the base of the mountain, and it honestly felt like one big slumber party. The vibe was relaxed and fun, filled with laughter, coffee, and lots of happy chaos. You could just feel how much everyone adored Mitch and Megan and how excited they were to be part of such a special day.

Before the ceremony, there were some seriously emotional gift exchanges. Mitch had thoughtful gifts for his groomsmen, Megan gave sweet presents to her parents, and the two of them shared heartfelt gifts with each other. It was such a beautiful moment to photograph—happy tears, tight hugs, and genuine reactions all around. Meghan’s dad was especially touching—his reaction seeing her in her dress was one of the sweetest moments of the day.

The ceremony was held up at Huntoon Point, just beyond Artist Point, with the most breathtaking mountain backdrop. We even had a few party crashers—some hikers and a couple of curious pups—but it just added to the fun. After the vows, we explored the ridgeline for portraits in the golden afternoon light. Mitch and Megan are so naturally playful and sweet together—you can just see how much fun they have and how deeply they love each other. Their energy is infectious and so genuine, it was a joy to capture every second of it.

As cheesy as it sounds, their love really is magnetic—beautiful, joyful, and totally real. This was one of those days that reminds you how magical elopements can be.
