I’m known for capturing those didn’t-know-you-were-there shots and busting a move on the dance floor just to get those perfect candids. I also work with you to ensure we incorporate your style and story into your engagement and wedding photos!
Sarah and Andony’s Artist Point Elopement was the perfect mix of sweet, adventurous, and downright magical. From the very beginning of the day, everything flowed so smoothly, and it was such a joy to witness two people who are truly meant for each other. These two are so naturally goofy and full of laughter, which made documenting their day even more fun.
One of my favorite little details about Sarah and Andony is how they write short chapters in a book for each other at home. Each story is about how much they mean to one another — it’s the kind of tradition that melts your heart and shows how deeply they care. That same energy carried through the entire day, making their elopement feel uniquely “them.”
Their ceremony started at Picture Lake, surrounded by still water and those iconic mountain reflections. With only their closest people nearby, it was intimate and full of emotion. After exchanging vows, we headed up to Artist Point just in time for sunset — and it was literally perfect. I haven’t seen the mountains glow with those kinds of colors all summer, and it was such a treat to capture.
The highlight of the evening might have been their first dance at the top of the mountain. They chose Brandi Carlile’s “The Story,” which felt so fitting for their love and journey together. As the last light hit the peaks and the sky turned golden, they held each other close and danced like no one else was there.
Sarah and Andony’s Artist Point Elopement was pure magic from start to finish. From the laughter to the views to the heartfelt moments, it was one of those days I’ll never forget.
