Larrabee State Park Elopement
Chris + Anna
Larrabee State Park | Bellingham, WA
Chris and Anna’s had a colorful and eclectic wedding day at their
Larrabee State Park Elopement in Bellingham, WA. This intimate beach-side elopement was filled with sunflowers, ribbons, smiles, and delicious pizza from
Goat Mountain Pizza Company! In planning their big day, Chris and Anna made sure that this celebration was a direct reflection of them. They wanted to bring their friends and family together to indulge in the most laid-back wedding ever, and they NAILED it! Chris and Anna sealed their union under a sun-kissed sky, along the shoreline of Larrabee State Park. Their ceremony was framed out by the breathtaking foliage and jagged terrain, making their love the picture perfect scene!
Anna’s dress was draped in a vibrant, enriched red cape that made for the most gorgeous photos at their Larrabee State Park Elopement! It was swept away in the wind and gave the perfect compliment to her lace sleeves, yellow sunflowers, and alluring red boots! Just like the ease of the day, she was a glowing and flowing bride in her element. Chris and Anna’s choice to have pops of color against the deep greens of nature were stunning to say the least.
Afterward, Chris and Anna continued their the celebration of their Larrabee State Park Elopement by hosting their reception at one of the park shelters. They transformed this covering into a bohemian fairytale. The doorways and window features were accented with radiant ribbon details and flowers. They hung bright white decorative lanterns from the ceiling that made you feel like you were floating amongst the clouds! However, the sweetest touch was the bubble machine that made their cake cutting portraits feel like an absolute dream! Thereafter, these two playfully danced their “first dance” as a married couple at the Larrabee State Park Amphitheater.
Furthermore, when planning a Larrabee State Park Elopement, keep in mind it is next to railroad tracks. Be prepared to hear a train go by a couple times throughout your time here. However, if you have a 2 year old, like Chris and Anna’s son, be prepared to wave at the train along with the kids who love trains! It does double as a beautiful family moment.
