I’m known for capturing those didn’t-know-you-were-there shots and busting a move on the dance floor just to get those perfect candids. I also work with you to ensure we incorporate your style and story into your engagement and wedding photos!
After the first few months of marriage, Christy and Andrew celebrated with an Artist Point Bridal Sesh that was oozing with their love! These two love birds tied the knot 2 months prior in Andrew’s parent’s backyard. Christy and Andrew had a beautiful wedding day, and were surrounded by all their favorite people!
During this Artist Point Bridal Sesh we adventured around Artist Point at Mt Baker. Regardless, that most of the day was overcast, Mt. Shukston came out towards the end. Thereafter, the mountain mist flooded our views, but gave some moody energy! We also met a fun friend named Gail on the mountain who helped me keep an eye on the mountain as it was slowing coming out from behind the clouds! It is important to note that when planning a shoot at Artist Point, give yourself time to allow the clouds to do their thing! However, do not count out the beauty of the mountain mist.
How Did They Meet?!
“Ironically, we actually met working as servers at weddings in college! We both went to Western Washington University in Bellingham. While in college, we worked at Semiahmoo Resort near the Canadian border. We were banquet servers and worked all kinds of events, with weddings being one of the main ones. The resort had really beautiful outdoor weddings on Semiahmoo Bay. That is where we met, and the rest is history!”
