Danielle and Ryan had an Intimate Artist Point Engagement Session in the North Cascades with their adorable puppy, Paisley! This little family was an absolute dream to work with. Not only did the mountains bring their best with the snow capped peaks and forestry green, but this place is one i hold dear to my heart.

Albeit the trail restricts, during this intimate Artist Point Engagement Session we adventured around Heather Meadows in the sparkling white snow. Throughout the shoot we landed on Picture Lake to get the best views of Mount Shuckston. The snow capped peaks we out to play and where the perfect addition to the aesthetic that truly captured the love these two humans have for each other. This little family was utterly adorable and so incredibly playful when they interacted with their sweet fur child Paisley! They had the most contagious smiles, that only had the mountains ever more majestic.

Furthermore, there are just a few things to keep in mind when planning an Intimate Artist Point Engagement Session in the North Cascades. During the winter months, the road to Artist Point is not plowed and is closed to visitor vehicles. With the uncertainty of weather shifts, there is no set closure or opening date. However, it is typically open by the beginning of July and closes with the first significant snowfall. This typically occurs anytime between the end of September to the beginning of November. Regardless of which trailhead you choose, it is highly recommended to match your visit to the Summer/Fall months. Do not worry, the snow will be there and ready to shine bright like a diamond for your photographic memories!
