I’m known for capturing those didn’t-know-you-were-there shots and busting a move on the dance floor just to get those perfect candids. I also work with you to ensure we incorporate your style and story into your engagement and wedding photos!
Miranda and Carlos are married and it was such an amazing day! Their Fontaine Estates Winery Wedding was so special and absolutely stunning. These two had all the simple details that made their reception hall, their ceremony, and basically everything just look amazing. Miranda was rocking her lacy long sleeve wedding gown and her epic flower crown while the ladies were rocking their lavender gowns and plumb-colored florals. Miranda also wore her gorgeous great great great Grandmothers antique necklace and it was the perfect touch to complete her beautiful ensemble.
The weather was perfect for these two. Nice and cloudy at first, but then the sun peaked out just in time for their ceremony and some gorgeous golden hour photos. Their son, Ezera, was so dapper in this cute little suite and adorable brown boots. Usually at weddings, the little kids who attend usually dance for about the first 20-30 minuets hard core dancing, then drop and take a nap- but these kids— ohhh boy—- these kids danced and danced and danced. It was so adorable!
At Miranda and Carlos’ ceremony, they had a Tree planting ceremony where they both put their own sand/ dirt into this cute potted tree. The unity tree planting ceremony can be used to symbolize the joining together of two individuals or the joining of two families. … After the ceremony, the couple plants the tree in at their home or a special location to symbolize the putting down of roots, longevity and strengths in their marriage. Super cool!
These two sexy people met waaaay back in the day when Carlos would always come up to Miranda and stole her snacks. This is how the proposal went down: “He took me and our son to Seattle for a birthday weekend of mine in August. We went to the beach, took our son to a few exhibits and then we went to a very romantic restaurant (the kinds with like 5 courses) and while i was holding my son, he got down on one knee and i could not believe it was real.”
When asked what their favorite part about being together was, “He is my best friend. We can be ourselves around each other and don’t have to hide anything, that right there is something that lasts forever.”
LOVE!
I’m so stoked to share their awesome boho-inspired Fontaine Estates winery wedding here. AND if you were a guest at their wedding, please feel free to leave a comment below with your favorite part of the day 🙂
