Hope and Connor Engagement Session at Fort Worden State Park was pure magic as they frolicked through the dunes and created unforgettable moments on the seashore! This evening was the ultimate vibe! After 8 years together, Hope and Connor knew they wanted their love captured in a place that matched their adventurous spirits, and Fort Worden in Port Townsend, WA was the perfect choice!

Fort Worden, once a decommissioned military fort, is now an incredible creative space. The site is home to everything from summer camps to cool studios, and of course—epic engagement photos! Right on the stunning Port Townsend peninsula, we spent the evening chasing sunlight around the fort’s forgotten bunkers and structures, searching for ghosts along the way (no luck, but hey, I’m definitely coming back with a crew of real ghost hunters to investigate those spooky spots! 👻).

The vibe was so carefree and fun, and we couldn’t resist taking a chance to chase seagulls down the beach at sunset. There’s something magical about letting your inner child run wild with your soulmate, and that’s exactly what we did. Between the laughter, the beautiful light, and the love they share, it felt like the perfect moment frozen in time.

Just as we wrapped up the session, the weather rolled in with a dramatic storm, complete with thunder and lightning. It was the cherry on top of an already incredible evening, and honestly, it was so fitting for the adventurous spirit Hope and Connor share. Their love and this stunning location will forever be one of my favorite shoots to date!
