Megan + Heath’s gorgeous engagement session in Bellingham, WA was a dreamy blend of natural beauty, joyful laughter, and heartfelt love. These two were on a week-long vacation in the Pacific Northwest and decided to capture their love in some of Bellingham’s most iconic and scenic spots — and let me tell you, it was pure magic from beginning to end!

We kicked things off at Whatcom Falls Park, one of my all-time favorite places for sessions. The soft sound of rushing water, moss-covered rocks, and tall evergreens created the perfect backdrop as we wandered through the trails together. The light filtering through the trees made everything feel peaceful and enchanted. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better — two owls swooped overhead, like something straight out of a storybook! It was the kind of moment that gives you chills (in the best way).

From there, we headed over to Teddy Bear Cove for sunset. Nestled right along the bay, it’s one of those hidden gems that truly shines in the golden hour. The sky gave us that perfect soft glow, and Megan and Heath danced along the cliffs with big smiles and even bigger laughs. Their joy was absolutely contagious — you could feel their love in every moment.

We wrapped up the evening with a cozy dinner together, chatting about life, love, and their upcoming wedding. It’s always such a joy to spend time with couples who are not only in love but genuinely fun to be around.

These two are saying “I do” next year, and I already know their big day will be nothing short of magical. Can’t wait to celebrate them all over again!
