Hurricane Ridge Engagement sessions are truly something magical—but throw in two adorable lovebirds like Christina and Robbie, and wow, it turns into an absolute dream. These two are the definition of cheeky, saucy, and smitten, and I had the BEST time adventuring through the Olympic mountain views with them!

Christina and Robbie are tying the knot in just two months (eeeek!), and with their love for exploring the outdoors, Hurricane Ridge was the perfect backdrop for their engagement photos. The golden light, those sweeping mountain vistas, and their nonstop laughter made this session feel like a scene out of a rom-com…with a little extra sass.

From the start, these two had me giggling. Between playful kisses, spontaneous dance moves, and teasing each other the whole way, there wasn’t a dull moment. They even brought along some sunflowers to add a pop of fun—yes, I absolutely tucked one into Christina’s back pocket and yes, it was as cute as it sounds!

Oh, and did I mention the deer? They were everywhere! One even wandered up super close to us (clearly trying to crash the shoot and maybe steal the spotlight). It felt like Mother Nature was giving us a little extra magic that day.

To top it all off—these two sweethearts brought me cake. Actual. Cake. I munched on it the whole drive home and felt so spoiled. I swear I have the best couples ever.

This was only my second time photographing at Hurricane Ridge, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint. Between the killer views, the incredible company, and the unexpected deer cameos, I’m already counting down the days until I get to go back.

Christina and Robbie—thank you for being such gems and bringing so much joy and sunshine (literally and figuratively) to this shoot. I’m beyond excited for your elopement, and I already know it’s going to be one heck of a beautiful adventure!
