I’m known for capturing those didn’t-know-you-were-there shots and busting a move on the dance floor just to get those perfect candids. I also work with you to ensure we incorporate your style and story into your engagement and wedding photos!
Kyle and Analissa are married!! Again!! These two had a gorgeous and elegant Lairmont Manor wedding last weekend and it was their big party after the pandemic. All they wanted was a wedding where they could see everyone they care about and hang out together. And they totally got it. Last year, Kyle and Analissa actually eloped up at Artist Point (check out their amazing Artist Point Elopement here) but they still wanted a wedding where they can party. So they did at the Lairmont Manor in the gorgeous Bellingham, WA. Y’all know Bham is my favorite city and their wedding fell on my birthday this year, AND this manor is haunted, AND they had a bouncy house. Yes, a wedding bouncy house. Keep scrolling to see some epic action shots if I do say so myself!
Anyway! SO many wonderful moments happened at Kyle and Analissa’s second wedding and I’m here to share a few 😉 Besides the awesomeness captured in the bouncy house, when they finished their ceremony, the two were hanging out downstairs in the bridal suite before making their grand entrance. They said later that while downstairs, they could hear all their friends and family laughing together, chatting together, basically everything they ever wanted. It was beautiful and their faces just lit up.
Another amazing moment was at the end of the night. When we did their mock send off with a tunnel of love, Analissa’s buttons from her dress bustle broke, but she mentioned she brought a white jumpsuit to change into. Y’all know I’m a sucker for a wedding jumpsuit so I had to stay longer. While she was changing, I asked the live band’s saxophone player if he could play something just for the couple to dance to so I can get in a few more shots in her jumpsuit before I headed out. When he asked me what song he should play, the first song that came to my mind was “Careless Whisper” with that sexy saxophone part that’s pretty famous, so he started playing it!! THEN THE BAND JOINED IN with singing, drums, guitar, everything. Kyle and Analissa danced with her new jumpsuit and it was a total magical moment. Probably one of my favorite moments as a wedding photographer. So much fun!
So friends, enjoy their magical, elegant, and joy-filled wedding day below. Cheers to Kyle and Analissa (again)!!
