I’m known for capturing those didn’t-know-you-were-there shots and busting a move on the dance floor just to get those perfect candids. I also work with you to ensure we incorporate your style and story into your engagement and wedding photos!
Lindsay + Patrick had a super intimate and elegant Lairmont Manor wedding out in the stunning Bellingham, WA. They only had their amazing family come along for the adventure to Bellingham from Colorado and they had quite the adventure! With an intimate ceremony, cocktail hour, and private dinner at the Oyster Bar one day, an adventure up to Artist Point the next day, and whale watching along the Bellingham Bay the day after that, they had quite the weekend planned and that’s just how Lindsay and Patrick wanted to spend their wedding week. They did exactly what they wanted to do: ADVENTURE.
These two had a beautiful ceremony and cocktail hour lunch at my favorite venue, Lairmont Manor in Bellingham, WA, with a first dance and cake cutting. They then rented a party bus to take the family over to Larrabee State Park for some golden hour photos along the coast line before heading to their final destination at the Oyster Bar along Chuckanut Drive for a private meal in the restaurants private room with a custom menu. Their whole day went exactly as they had planned it and it was all stunning. The weather was perfect, the Lairmont Manor was perfect (like always) and walking down to the beach was super fun as well. All Lindsay and Patrick wanted to do was adventure and hang out with their family exploring the PNW. And they did!
The next day, we adventured up to Artist Point together for some portraits and family photos at Heather Meadows. It was a total change in weather with rain, wind, cold temps, and Artist Point itself was totally socked in with fog and clouds, so we mostly hung out around Heather Meadows. It was totally a 360 from a perfect Summer/ Fall day in Bellingham, to a cold Fall/ Winter day up in the mountains, but we absolutely got all the variety for their galleries haha
This is how these two met: “Met in college, bonded over party sized mad mushroom cheese bread outside the dorms.” and this is their favorite part about being together: “Supporting one and another though everything, getting to do life with your best friend”
Too cute! A huge congratulations to Lindsay + Patrick!! May you never stop adventuring together and looking so adorable together doing it. Cheers!
