Lake Cle Elum Engagement Session

Lizzie + Blake had such a magical Lake Cle Elum Engagement Session this weekend! We started our adventure in the beautiful Suncadia Resort area out in Cle Elum for some forest vibes, and then headed to Lake Cle Elum for more mountainous beauty. These two are so adorable! Lizzie was quite nervous but whenever she felt awkward, she would stick her tongue out and the two would laugh really hard. It was mega adorable and their session was filled with giggles and kisses. These two lovebirds wanted a full-on Pacific Northwest vibe for their session and they totally got it. Surrounded by a gorgeous forest, mountains with fresh snow, and a beautiful lake, they totally got it all.

The weather this weekend was so bizarre, too! Driving over to Lake Cle Elum had all the types of weather like snow storm, hail, rain, wind, you name it! It was quite the journey but we didn’t hit any of the weird weather and had a great time in the forest and the beach. They also brought some champagne to pop together and beer to shotgun on the beach, too! So adorable!

Lizzie and Blake met on Bumble and have been together ever since. They started dating in July 2018 and got engaged on December 19th, 2019. Blake told Lizzie that he loved her for the first time at Swiftwater Cellars (where we started our session) and they make the trip out here every chance they get. They are planning on getting married here this fall, too, so this place is extra special to them. Lizzie wrote, “We have had so many special moments together out there that we could not imagine getting married any place else.” So adorable and I can’t wait to capture their cuteness on their wedding day!
