Moody Artist Point Elopement

Artist Point, Mt. Baker National Park

Stephanie and Max had a moody Artist Point elopement this past summer and it was totally all the PNW vibes. They started their day off with a private first look overlooking the stunning Mt. Baker valley, and then had an intimate ceremony in the meadow. Followed by a few portraits down by Picture Lake, and then a fun and gorgeous brunch with their guests back at their cool cabin. Stephanie and Max wanted to keep the party going, so we met back up again at Artist Point for some epic golden hour photos until the sun set. It was quite cloudy throughout their whole day and Mt. Baker as well as Mt. Shuksan were having a hard time coming out to see us, but by the end of the evening, everything was clear and stunning. Stephanie and Max are absolute models. They kept striking their model poses and they looked absolutely incredible together. Max and his groomsmen were up on the mountain early to actually construct their arbor for the ceremony and pick their spot. Then they hauled it all back down the mountain and it was all truly impressive!

Stephanie and Max are so cool and their day was so special. It was so cute to have all their nieces and nephews wondering around the ceremony and looking all adorable! It was also super cool while we were up on Huntoon point doing their bridal portraits, another couple who just got married on the mountain that same day came up and asked if Stephanie and Max could be their witnesses! Not only did they have a unique wedding day on a mountain top, but they also got to be apart of another couple’s memories and it was just so cool.

Capturing their Artist Point elopement was so much fun, I could honestly spend all day up there with them and it was such a pleasure to capture it all for these two models! Seriously, they should be in magazines together! Congrats to Stephanie and Max!!
