I’m known for capturing those didn’t-know-you-were-there shots and busting a move on the dance floor just to get those perfect candids. I also work with you to ensure we incorporate your style and story into your engagement and wedding photos!
Ivy and Ed had a magical Mt. Rainier Elopement together up in the Paradise area with their two awesome daughters. They flew all the way from Michigan to come spend the week together as a family up in Washington and we had the best time together. We started their day together at their cute adorable cabin having a family picnic. I love getting their family in their own element so having a fun pizza picnic together and then playing board games was so perfect for them. We got ready there and then headed up to Paradise at Mt. Rainier National Park for all the portraits. And I mean ALL the portraits 🙂
We adventured all over Paradise from Myrtle Falls, to the Nisqually Vista Loop and everywhere in between. Hanging out with Ivy and Ed, and their daughters, Sophia + Eloise, was seriously a blast and I think these images up at Rainier are some of my favorites of all time. It was so fun being creative with this adorable family and Mt. Rainier was seriously on point for their day.
So this is how the proposal went down: “We went out to dinner in Savannah, GA. After dinner, a horse drawn carriage was waiting for us. We got a historical tour, then stopped in one of the squares to give the horse a rest. We walked over to a fountain and Ed got down on one knee!”
So sweet! They love being adventurous together and love enjoying life as a family. I loved being their photographer and I’m so in love with their gallery. A huge congratulations to Ivy and Ed!! Ya’ll are amazing and look absolutely incredible!!
