Marisa + Chris | Sailboat Engagement Session | Olympia, WA

Marisa and Chris took me out on their awesome sailboat in Olympia, WA last week and it was AMAZING! These two are engaged and living their best lives. This adorable couple currently live in Oregon now, but still have their sailboat for sale parked in Olympia, WA. So we met up to take it out for a spin on the open water on one of the most gorgeous Sunday afternoons I’ve ever experienced. There were a few clouds and haze in the sky so we weren’t able to see the Olympic Mountains, but it was still warm and beautiful out.

When we were planning their engagement session, Marisa wanted a fun and silly shoot saying “we don’t take ourselves too seriously” so they wanted to dress up in fancy outfits and act all fancy on their boat with champagne. They actually have never christen their boat, so this was such a fun way to do so!

We then walked the beach of what we think was toxic waste, so definitely washed our shoes after haha
