I’m known for capturing those didn’t-know-you-were-there shots and busting a move on the dance floor just to get those perfect candids. I also work with you to ensure we incorporate your style and story into your engagement and wedding photos!
Annie and Joey had such a gorgeous Cattle Barn Wedding! Their hearts are so filled with love, family, and country line dancing. Surrounded by close friends and family, these Montana residents tore up the dance floor with their line dancing skills, and had a special and intimate ceremony, also, Joey totally cried when he saw Annie walking down the aisle for the first time. Jet, their puppy, was their little ring bearer, and he danced with everyone during their reception.
With wild flowers as bouquets, Annie’s boho-country wedding gown, and all the country barn wedding vibes, these people are so amazing and kind. Everyone felt like family and hugs and smiles were all around. During the line dancing, their puppy Jet was running around wanting to get in on the action, and he even was jumping on a few guests so he could join! So adorable! The sun set perfectly into the rustic barn and lit up all the smiles. All Annie and Joey wanted to do was dance together and they are so incredibly talented at country dancing!
They had Annie’s grandpa officiate the ceremony (which was absolutely adorable), and Annie had a special precious moment with her grandma when she gave Annie a family heirloom of a Jade necklace that fit her wedding outfit perfectly. You could seriously feel the love between this family and it was so amazing to be there to witness the tears, laughter, dancing, and puppy snuggles.
This is how these two lovebirds met: “Joey was in the Army and Annie was in college. A mutual friend added a picture of Annie to her timeline, and Joey said “who is that, is she single?!” They started talking over facebook for a few months before meeting up in person when Joey was on leave. The rest is history! The first three years they were long distance then Joey joined Annie in Montana where they are building their life together.”
This is how their proposal went down: “ Joey planned a trip out to a wild mustang reserve in Wyoming, a dream of Annie’s. When they finally got a glimpse of a herd of the horses, they pulled over and set up the camera for a photo of the horses in the background. Unbeknown to Annie, the camera was actually set to “record” so while they were standing there, Joey turned, kneeled, and popped the question! It was beautiful!”
I’m so beyond stoked to share the beautiful Annie and Joey’s wedding day gallery below. 🙂 Enjoy!
