I’m known for capturing those didn’t-know-you-were-there shots and busting a move on the dance floor just to get those perfect candids. I also work with you to ensure we incorporate your style and story into your engagement and wedding photos!
This Wallace Falls Lodge Wedding was such a special one for me — Amie and Wesley are truly the perfect pair, and their day couldn’t have been more amazing. Nestled in the foothills of Stevens Pass, Wallace Falls Lodge made the dreamiest backdrop for their celebration. (And honestly, if this place isn’t used for a murder mystery weekend someday, it totally should be — it has that cozy, cinematic charm!)
The day started with their first look down at Wallace Falls State Park, surrounded by lush trees and misty mountain air. It was absolutely stunning — peaceful, romantic, and full of happy tears. We spent time exploring the trails and taking portraits in the woods before heading back to the lodge, which was epic all on its own. The rustic wood, open spaces, and the big field out front made for such a gorgeous ceremony spot.
The weather did its best to keep us guessing — a little drizzle here and there — but the rain held off just enough for their ceremony to go off perfectly. The overcast light actually made everything feel even more intimate and soft, wrapping the whole day in this cozy PNW vibe.
One of my favorite parts of the day was seeing just how loved Amie and Wes are. Their friends are the kind you keep for life — they even have a group called “The Decade Club,” friends who’ve been by their side for over ten years. The laughter, stories, and inside jokes filled the entire day with warmth and joy.
This Wallace Falls Lodge wedding truly felt like a giant hug — cozy, heartfelt, and full of love. Amie and Wes are two of the sweetest, most genuine souls, and photographing their day was such an honor. Best friends, best couple, best day ever!!
