I’m known for capturing those didn’t-know-you-were-there shots and busting a move on the dance floor just to get those perfect candids. I also work with you to ensure we incorporate your style and story into your engagement and wedding photos!
Maddy and Bobby are finally married!! Their Boho Terra Blanca Winery wedding last weekend was beyond stunning and had all the boho-inspired vibes. From the terracotta vases, ferns everywhere, pampas grass, and even to their cute little pug puppies that wore little tuxedos, everything was boho perfection. Maddy and Bobby have worked so hard to make their fall wedding happen and with the pandemic, like many couples, they have had to move their wedding date to a spring date. So with all their boho-inspired fall colors, we had a fall colored wedding in the spring- who’s going to stop us?!
These two had a gorgeous wedding day. After their first look, the two decided to exchange their personal vows to each other instead of at the altar for a more intimate moment. So cute! We then had their adorable ceremony, and a cocktail hour where a mariachi band greeted everyone, and an epic reception. Plenty of rad dance moves, emotions, and fun. Such a great day and Maddy and Bobby absolutely rocked it all together.
Maddy and Bobby actually met in kindergarden and have been together ever since. How crazy and adorable is that?! After years of dating, here is how their proposal went down: “What I thought was just a Sunday walk at the park with his sister and my sister and our dogs, ended up being a full family affair of our siblings. You would think I would have an inkling that something was up, but Bobby’ family is big and close, so it wasn’t weird that they all showed up. We did a long walk around Discovery Park in Seattle and at the end by the water view on the bluff we stopped to talk pictures. As his sister was taking pictures of us, he got down on one knee and popped the question. I was completely surprised! We then had a little spontaneous engagement party at my moms house and all my friend showed up. It was so fun!”
When asked what their favorite thing about being together is, they answered: “How easy it is! We just get each other (because we have known each other for so long), but at the same time we are always trying to improve communication and our relationship. Relationships take work and we are willing to put in the time. And we have fun together!” Too Cute!!
Well, a huge congrats to Maddy and Bobby!! You both are so gorgeous and it was a blast being your wedding photographer! Cheers!
