Madison + Nick | Spring Gold Creek Pond Engagement Session

Madison and Nick are engaged and all is right with the world! These two had such a magical spring Gold Creek Pond engagement session in Snoqualmie Pass and we had whiskey, champagne, puppies, volleyball, and these two gorgeous people. Their smiles alone are so gorgeous together and I’m so beyond excited for their wedding day later this year. Also, Gold Creek Pond is back from the winter and better than ever! So beyond stunning out there, you guys!

Madison and Nick met while playing sand volleyball back in the day, so naturally, we had to bring along a volleyball to tie in their story into their engagement photos. They also brought along some whiskey to snuggle up with by the pond, and their beautiful puppies, Diesel and Nash, for some family photos. All was gorgeous and so much fun!! Too much fun with these two and I loved listening to country music with these two cuties.

I also want to take a moment to chat about my latest project, the Gold Creek Pond Project. So I’ve noticed, as many have, there are tons of pot holes along the main road to this popular spot, and I just thought, what a cool thing to do to help fix that is have every photographer who goes out there for a session, wedding, or elopement, to fill in one pot hole. Sometimes, it takes a really long time for the parks department to fill in all the holes and make this road driveable, but a faster way would be to have everyone who comes along to fill in a hole with some sand or gravel. Sound cool? Awesome! We all love this gorgeous place and tons of people come here, so let’s take care of it 🙂
