Middle Fork Engagement Session

Liz and Dan had such a fun Middle Fork Engagement Session out in North Bend, WA at now my favorite state park area. I’ve always wanted to shoot and explore around the Middle Fork Snoqualmie Trailhead and these two love that area so that’s where we explored! It was STUNNING to say the least! Liz and Dan totally made this beautiful forest glow and look oh so fine. We adventured through the trees, along the river, and even skipped rocks. Dan is unusually really good at skipping rocks! They also brought along their puppy, and they also had the cutest puppy bandanas I’ve ever seen. Totally hipster and adorable!

Liz and Dan are getting married next year and it’s going to be amazing! They are planning to have a whole weekend together with their family and friends at a campground and basically have a large summer camp vibe wedding weekend. So yeah, it’s going to be a fun relaxing weekend in the mountains together. This is how the proposal went down in the words of the beautiful Liz:”I designed my own engagement ring with Dan, so that part of the proposal wasn’t a surprise, but Dan was given the challenging task of surprising me with the actual proposal. He ended up proposing on his birthday (which was a surprise to me!) after we hiked up some terrain at Crystal Mountain ski resort and were about to ski down. Skiing is our favorite shared activity, so it couldn’t have been more perfect. We love a good adventure!”

And adventure we will have for their wedding day! I’m so excited, loved hanging out with these two and exploring Middle Fork together and I can’t wait for next Spring! Cheers to Liz and Dan!
