Nicole + Michael | Bellingham Engagement Session

Nicole and Michael had an awesome Bellingham engagement session with me over the weekend and we adventured to Whatcom Falls Park along with Boulevard Park down on the bay. Aka the classic and perfect Bellingham combination. These two love birds are so cute and it was such a blast wandering around these two parks together on a cloudy and cozy day. Having this Bellingham engagement session to these two parks are the best of the best in the Bellingham area and hold a special place in my heart. I always love adventuring there with couples and there’s always a new spot to discover.

Nicole and Michael even got on the ledge of the mossy gorgeous old bridge at Whatcom Falls park (can you say fearless and awesome) and those shots are some of my all time favorites. Since I went to school at WWU, I’ve always wanted to shoot someone on the bridge as I was over on the other side of the falls. So overall, a dream come true! Thanks Nicole + Michael for making my dreams come true!

Anyway! These two are so adorable and I’ll tell you why. Whenever I asked them to go in for a hug, they immediately went in to kiss/ make out with each other. Just automatically! I’m like “whoa! Go for it!” and then Nicole would say, it’s just so natural for them. Too cute!!!! I’m so excited to hang out with Nicole + Michael again for their family photos later this fall in this gorgeous city again. Michael is a chef, so he brought along the most photogenic charcuterie board I’ve ever seen. They had everything and it looked oh so delicious! Michael turns to me and says “be prepared, I’m going to feed Nicole a chocolate-covered strawberry”. So of course I was excited and we got some nice close ups for that one! haha We finished their Bellingham engagement adventure on the water when the sun poked out at the very end and lit up this gorgeous couple as they watched it set. A perfect ending to this awesome engagement session.

Congrats to Nicole and Michael for being super cute and for getting engaged! I’m so beyond excited for you two and am mega bummed I’m booked on your wedding day, but I know your day will be epic. 🙂 Cheers!!
