I’m known for capturing those didn’t-know-you-were-there shots and busting a move on the dance floor just to get those perfect candids. I also work with you to ensure we incorporate your style and story into your engagement and wedding photos!
Mt. Rainier National Park was the perfect setting for Nicole and Daniel’s pre-wedding adventure. With their wedding just one week away, we set out to capture something fun, relaxed, and full of the kind of energy that makes these two so uniquely them.
We were chasing good weather and a clear view of the mountain—and Mt. Rainier National Park delivered. The skies were wide open, the air was crisp, and the mountain stood tall and still as we explored around Paradise (literally!). It was the kind of day where everything just felt aligned.
We wandered trails, breathed in the alpine air, kept watch for deer, and ended the evening with a quiet sunset over the peak of The Queen of Washington. The whole park felt calm and golden.
Later, we found out that while we were at Mt. Rainier National Park, hundreds of earthquakes were happening beneath us. We didn’t feel a single one. Either the mountain was being gentle, or we were too wrapped up in the moment. Maybe their love really did shake the mountain!
What stood out most wasn’t just the landscape—it was the way Nicole + Daniel are together. Their sense of humor, their goofiness, their unfiltered joy—it’s effortless. They don’t hold back with each other, and watching that kind of energy is what makes storytelling through photos so fulfilling.
Nicole + Daniel, thank you for letting me tag along! Next stop: Wedding Day!!
