I’m known for capturing those didn’t-know-you-were-there shots and busting a move on the dance floor just to get those perfect candids. I also work with you to ensure we incorporate your style and story into your engagement and wedding photos!
Krista and Cody had a gorgeous Gold Creek Pond Winter Engagement session in Snoqualmie Pass and it’s one of my favorites. The water in the pond looked like glass and it was perfectly reflecting the snow-capped mountains around this stunning couple and their puppy, Mosby. We have been struggling to get out and have their Gold Creek Pond session for a while now, but the unpredictable winter weather always got in the way. BUT we made it out and it was absolutely perfect.
Krista and Cody (and Mosby) are totally wonderful and awesome. We adventured around the pond together, drinking white chocolate mochas and chatting all about their wedding plans. These two picked the most perfect fall/winter colors to wear that went really well with the wintery scenery around them. These two cuties have been together for 5 years now, and actually met on Tinder! A ton of couples I have the pleasure of photographed have met on Tinder- what an age we live in!
Gold Creek is seriously one of my favorite places to shoot at. There’s just so much variety and it’s peaceful as well. I think it perfectly captures the PNW vibes with all the evergreens, water, mountains, etc. It’s quite the popular spot to adventure to, so be sure to go on a week day or early on a weekend if possible. It can get VERY crowded so this is your warning! Bring a picnic, your camera, and bug spray in the summer and spring haha
Anyway, I’m super stoked for their wedding next September and all the snuggles with Mosby again 🙂 Congrats on getting engaged, Krista and Cody!!
